About NARD

Who are we?

The Nebraska Association of Resources Districts is the trade association for Nebraska's 23 natural resources districts. NARD has three full-time employees, and is governed by a 23-Board made up of directors from individual districts. NARD is funded by contributions from the NRDs.

Our Mission

Assist NRDs in a coordinated effort to accomplish collectively what may not be accomplished individually to conserve, sustain, and improve our natural resources and environment.

What we do...

We provide governmental representation for Nebraska's NRDs. We administer health, dental and life insurance for the Districts, as well as a retirement plan. We provide coordination amongst the Districts for meetings, issues and other day to day activities.
