Nebraska’s Natural Resources Districts invite you to participate in the 2026 Legislative Conference January 27-28, at the Lincoln Embassy Suites. Join district directors, managers, and their staff to discuss legislation and issues pending before the Legislature.

We’ve incorporated several ways your organization can participate in our annual Legislative Conference, including an opportunity to host a private trade show. Sponsors will be identified in the meeting program and on conference signage. Find information below on our sponsorship opportunities as well as advertising options available in the conference program.

You can also register below to attend the Legislative Conference, or Tuesday evening’s Senators’ Reception. 

Exclusive Sponsorship - $1,900: Limited space is available, (this sponsorship has higher priority for trade show space)! 
Private trade show space, a 45-minute breakout session, recognition as a break sponsor and co-sponsor the Senators’ Reception.

• Private Trade Show – Host your trade show in a reserved meeting room, Tuesday, January 27 from 1-4 p.m.
• Breakout session (45 minutes) – You’re invited to present at one of Wednesday’s breakout sessions. 
• Two full conference registrations – Note attendee names on the Sponsorship Registration Form.
• Full-page color ad (3.5”x8”) – Included in the meeting program. Submit artwork by Jan. 5 to jdryburgh [at] nrdnet.org.  
• Giveaway – One lucky person who visits your show room will receive a $100 Visa gift card provided by NARD. The drawing will be held at Wednesday’s luncheon. 
• Break – Recognition for the conference break services (Tuesday afternoon break services will be held in the trade show rooms).   
• Senators’ Reception – Recognition as a co-sponsor of the Tuesday evening reception.
