The 2026 NRD Forestry Workshop is being hosted by the Lower Elkhorn NRD in Norfolk on August 5th and 6th.      

Day one of the workshop will include updates from NRD Conservation Tree Program partners including NFS, NRCS, USFS, and an NRD Tree Program roundtable discussion.  

Day two will include a tour led by LENRD that will highlight area forestry programs projects. 

Lodging:  

• A limited number of rooms are avaiable under the NRD Bloack at the Fairfield Inn at the rate of $110/room.  To guarantee rooms, reservations must be made by July 14.  Contact the hotel directly for reservations (402)370-2244. 

Registration for the workshop expires July 24th.  Please complete the entire registration including the entire checkout process, there will be no charge during completion of on-line registration, meeting costs will be invoiced to participating districts following the event.

• After completing the details below click add attendee -> on the following page click checkout (in upper left) -> Complete the billing information and click Continue -> On the following page select mail in payment (ignore the note to mail payment, invoices will be sent to districts following event) -> Click Complete Checkout -> this will complete your Registration.
