The Nemaha Natural Resources District has an opening for the position of NRD Clerk located at the Auburn, Nebraska, NRCS office. Excellent computer, phone, and general office experience is required. If you enjoy working with farmers and other conservation minded colleagues, like to keep busy, and prefer a casual yet professional work setting, this is the job for you.

The exceptional benefits package includes 12 days each of paid vacation & sick leave per year and 11 paid holidays. Your single coverage health insurance premium is paid 100% and includes dental and vision care as well as life insurance and long-term disability; in addition, the NRD provides a portion of the cost of the health package premium for your dependents. A low-cost, dependent life insurance policy is available. Our retirement plan is a 401K type which is mandatory after 6 months, and your contributions are matched by the NRD. Tuition assistance is also available for work-related education that commences after employment. Starting pay is $15.15/hour. This is a Monday-Friday, full-time position.
