The Lower Loup Natural Resources District (NRD) is accepting applications for an Agronomist lcoated in Ord, Nebraska. This position involves working with agricultural producers to obtain on-field data associated with growth and development of corn and soybeans, and water resources protection. Significant effort in this position is to focus on working with USDA-ARS crop and soil models developed by the Adaptive Cropping Systems Laboratory. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in a related field. Applications accepted through April 6, 2026.
