The Lower Republican Natural Resources District (NRD), located in Alma, Nebraska, is seeking a full-time Natural Resources Data Specialist. The Lower Republican NRD utilizes spatial and tabular databases in its everyday operations. This position would provide oversight in the maintenance and handling of relational data to ensure input accuracy and data integrity. This position would be responsible for data organization and input related to water quantity, water quality, chemigation, well permitting, the District tree program, cost-share programs, and other data-related programs and systems. This position will require education, experience or both in database management and GIS programs.

Compensation
Salary Range of $50,000-$57,000 depending on qualifications. Lower Republican NRD offer full benefits including health and dental insurance (full employee/partial family), life insurance, employer matching retirement plan, paid holidays, and paid sick leave.
