Mark your calendar for a very important workshop on Wednesday, February 19, that will answer all your questions about forestry options, diseases, problems, and innovations. Scheduled from 9:00-12:00 at the Nemaha Natural Resources District office at Tecumseh, the workshop is sponsored by the NRD and the Nebraska Forest Service. Topics will include windbreak conditions and steps to renovation, drought stress and insect and disease issues, planting for wildlife enhancement, and information about the various NNRD programs available. Refreshments will be provided, and there is no cost to attend.

Representatives from the Nebraska Forest Service and Nemaha NRD will be on hand to answer any of your questions and provide information on various other forestry topics. Don't miss this opportunity to talk directly to the experts about your tree concerns and questions.
