BEATRICE, Nebraska -- Due to a water line break, which caused loss of pressure in the system, customers of the Wymore Rural Water Project, managed by the Lower Big Blue Natural Resources District are advised to boil water for drinking and cooking for ONE minute or use an alternative source of water until testing confirms the absence of bacteria in the water supply.

District staff were notified of a potential leak around 4 AM Saturday, May 24, 2025, and are currently working to isolate and repair the leak as quickly as possible.
