BEATRICE, Nebraska -- Lower Big Blue NRD is pleased to report that the Wymore Rural Water District customers can procede as normal with their drinking water. The District submitted water samplesand they tested negative for total coliform and E. coli bacteria.

Lower Big Blue NRD apologizes for any inconvenience and thanks Wymore Rural Water District customers for their patience.

The Lower Big Blue NRD Wymore Rural Water District (3121368) notified customers on May 24, 2025, of a leak and depressurization in the system. Customers were advised to boil water used for drinking or cooking or to use bottled water.
